SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

At HMCA, members have various opportunities to participate in sponsorships, which in return gets your company exposed to a highly qualified market. Here are some of them:

PLATINO SPONSORSHIP $10,000
  • Name and/or logo prominently displayed on InterAcción, HMCA’s quarterly publication.
  • Website banner on opening page for a year.
  • Opportunity to insert Hispanic market relevant informational flyer in InterAccion for one year.
  • Opportunity to distribute organization’s promotional materials at HMCA events for a year.
  • Opportunity to introduce speakers at every event for a year.
  • Free admission for two individuals to all events for a year.
  • Listing as event sponsor for two events during one year.
  • Logo on invitations to two events for a year.

ORO SPONSORSHIP $5,000

  • Name and/or logo prominently displayed on InterAcción, HMCA’s quarterly publication.
  • Website banner on opening page for 6 months.
  • Distribution of the organization’s promotional materials at HMCA events for 6 months.
  • Opportunity to insert Hispanic market relevant informational flyer in InterAccion for six months
  • Opportunity to select one sponsorship listing for a survey, white paper, InterAcción issue, or other choices available at the time of sponsorship.
  • Free admission for two individuals to two events.

PLATA SPONSORSHIP $3,000
  • Name and/or logo prominently displayed on InterAcción, HMCA’s quarterly publication.
  • Website banner on opening page for 3 months.
  • Distribution of the organization’s promotional materials at HMCA events for a year.
  • Opportunity to sponsor one issue of InterAcción.
  • Free admission for two individuals to one event.

COBRE SPONSORSHIP $2,500
  • Name and/or logo prominently displayed on InterAcción, HMCA’s quarterly publication.
  • Website banner on opening page for 1 month.
  • Distribution of the organization’s promotional materials at HMCA events for a year.
  • Free admission for two individuals to one event. OR
  • Opportunity to be the sole sponsor of an event, with distribution of the organization’s promotional materials at such event.

Newsletter Sponsors

Your company logo is featured in "InterAcción", HMCA's premier newsletter. You will be recognized at upcoming events and in InterAcción when other sponsors are mentioned. As a sponsor, you will have an opportunity to distribute materials and give handouts during HMCA events. We currently have a growing database of over 1000 qualified members, friends and prospects, so your company will be exposed to the most prominent professionals in our field.

The sponsorship investment is $4500 for 3 issues, which covers the cost of InterAcción for one year.

Website Sponsors

Another venue for sponsorship is through our website. Very soon we'll be offering banners and other services in our site.

Event Sponsors

As an event sponsor, you host or provide the location and meal (usually breakfast or lunch) of the event. The average attendance varies according to the event, ussually between 30-100 participants. You also cover the cost of printing and mailing the invitations.

As an event co-sponsor, you can request an email announcing your event be sent to the HMCA membership and friends for a fee, click here to purchase:

Invitation Sponsors

You can also become an event co-sponsor with an investment of $1500, which covers the cost of setup, printing and mailing the invitations.

Sponsors' logos will appear prominently on the invitation and will be mentioned during the event and in the newsletter. If a sponsor representative is in attendance, sponsorship includes a two-minute welcome opportunity. Sponsors are invited to provide promotional and sample materials, and other handouts as appropriate during the event. Sponsor's name appears in any media releases HMCA distributes to promote the event.
